• A conviction is a settled belief of the heart and a standard that produces an unwavering lifestyle.

Three Lessons on Prayer by Three Kings

• Hezekiah- The man who read it, spread it and let it.

• Jehoshaphat – The man who knew what to do.

• Asa – The man who stopped praying.

1. (v.1-3) Asa started striking business deals – he became a businessman and not a praying man.
2. (v.5) It temporarily worked but the outcome was not from God
3. (v.7-8) Did God not deliver you before?
4. (v.9) Asa got spiritually lazy over time. If you cut sin any slack it will grow.  God is looking for a man and a woman who will rely on Him
5. (v.12-13) Asa got a disease but still sought the doctors (man).
