Three Lessons on Prayer by Three Kings
- Hezekiah- The man who read it, spread it and let it.
- Jehoshaphat – The man who knew what to do.
- Asa – The man who stopped praying.
- (v.1-3) Asa started striking business deals – he became a businessman and not a praying man.
- (v.5) It temporarily worked but the outcome was not from God
- (v.7-8) Did God not deliver you before?
- (v.9) Asa got spiritually lazy over time. If you cut sin any slack it will grow. God is looking for a man and a woman who will rely on Him
- (v.12-13) Asa got a disease but still sought the doctors (man).
